Minority Business Council Fall Conference and Expo 

Join Us for this year's in person Annual Fall MBC Conference and Expo! Hosted by the Minority Business Council of the City of Virginia Beach.

November 10, 2022 12:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. at the Virginia Beach Convention Center

This year's theme is "A Spectrum of Opportunities and a Prism of Possibilities", the Conference and Expo is designed to provide education, inspiration, one-on-one engagement with Hampton Roads resource partners, procurement professionals, and business owners looking for key opportunities to help in their quest for business excellence. 

This year, The Minority Business Council will have the honor of hosting guest speaker Tiara Chesmer-Williams, Vice President and Head of Inclusion, Diversity, & Equity of Moet Hennessy. Ms. Chesmer-Williams works closely with Moet Hennessy Louis Vuitton (LVMH) to ensure that MHNA principles and practices are consistent with those of the LVMH Group and serves as a member of the MH Global DE&I Leadership Committee, leading MHNA in the implementation of a Global Action Plan. Tiara attended New York University and City College and graduated cum lade with a degree in Finance and Business Management. Tiara has also obtained a Diversity & Inclusion Certificate from Cornell University. She is an active member of the Association of Black and Hispanic Business Students and sits on the Council for Inclusive Excellence.
