Join us on one of three Sunday afternoons in October, from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m., for a sneak peek at the stunning, newly renovated Historic Jay Gardens! Amble through our rose and sensory gardens, and discover the healthiest native grasses and wildflowers for your own yard. Docents available for tours–or simply explore the three garden rooms at your own pace!

All are welcome, but reservations are required.
Clean Water Infrastructure Grant Workshop

Join NY State Assemblyman Steve Otis for a special workshop on the state's Environmental Facilities Corporation water infrastructure grant programs and other clean water financing opportunities.

Classic Design Luncheon by Historic Jay Gardens
Just as the Jay Estate has adapted its buildings and landscape to serve a 21st-century audience in a modern and inclusive way, today’s foremost style influencers are leading discussions about how to make classic design more accessible by seamlessly mixing the old and the new.

On Thursday, September 23, 100 guests joined us for a lively conversation beside our newly restored, sustainable gardens with AD 100 Interior Designer Thomas Jayne and design journalist Pilar Viladas
David Grann Speaks at Sold-Out Program
David Grann, the #1 New York Times best-selling author, New Yorker writer, and National Book Award finalist, visited JHC on October 1 and spoke at a sold-out program at the Carriage House–JHC’s first major in-person author event since the pandemic began.
