Climate Courage: Educators Addressing the Climate Crisis

Saturday November 6th,
9am-12:30pm EST
Educators have bravely risen to the challenges of the pandemic over the last two years; this same courageous response is needed to address the climate crisis. This year’s TDSB/OISE EcoSchools conference encourages K-12 educators to renew their courage and commitment to engaging their students in learning about climate change and sustainability, by bringing in a range of inspiring and diverse voices, innovative approaches and teaching strategies for engaging their schools and communities in climate change education. This free online conference takes place Saturday November 6, 2021, and is open to TDSB teachers & staff, members of the OISE community, and others in education. It provides professional learning in Environmental & Sustainability Education to inspire educational practice in creating more just, equitable and sustainable communities.
