NEW PHONE NUMBER
951.202.2208

Due to our recent move, our 800 number is no longer available. We will now be using our cell phone for all calls. Please change our number to 951.202.2208. I apologize for this inconvenience. AT&T does not support 800 numbers and has told me that most people use cell phones so I'm forced to move ahead with the times.

Fall is my favorite time of year and I look forward to cooler weather and wearing sweaters & sweatshirts. The past two months have been crazy as we dealt with new home closing delays, moving, unpacking an enormous amount of boxes, waiting for deliveries and installations, etc. A minor Lupus flare-up found its way to me making the entire process more difficult. Happy to report that I'm feeling much better and the house is almost complete.

Cruise Line Updates...

Cruises have begun with very positive results. Passengers are having a wonderful time. Capacity on all ships is currently reduced and everyone seems to be enjoying this feature. Crew members are thrilled that guests are back onboard and cannot wait to welcome you as well.

The cruise industry is seeing a huge demand from people ready to hit the high seas. I've been very busy booking cabins for travel beginning in September, 2021. Cruises for 2022 and beyond are filling up very quickly, especially accessible staterooms. I recommend securing a cabin now and reserving with a refundable deposit.
New Trips for 2022 & Beyond...

Once most travel has resumed and we are welcomed back to Europe, we will begin working on other trips including a land trip to Ireland in 2023.
Remember, you don't have to wait for a group to travel. We are happy to plan a trip just for you!

Debra & Steve's TRAVEL Update...

We enjoyed ourselves on a Royal Caribbean "test" cruise on Navigator of The Seas for 4 nights round-trip Galveston. Navigator has a passenger capacity of more than 4000 guests but our cruise only served 394. It was like having a private yacht! What a thrill it was to step onboard and feel like we were home. The crew was delighted to serve passengers once again and couldn't do enough for everyone. I was overjoyed to see colleagues and spend time with people I knew. Everyone was vaccinated and masks were worn indoors except for eating and drinking. The entertainment was outstanding as always. We both felt very comfortable and at ease. The CDC was also onboard and RCCL passed the "test" with flying colors! Way to go!

Steve and I will be cruising on Celebrity Millennium October 11 - 19, round trip San Diego. We will sail up the coast of California to San Francisco and back down. We are both looking forward to a restful time onboard. This will be my first flight since March 1, 2020. Hard to believe. Ready with lots of masks and wipes.

Have You Received Your
Vaccine Yet???

While we know that not everyone will get vaccinated, we believe very strongly that this is the right thing to do. We are coming to the end of 19 months of isolation and suffering and we need to come together so that all of us feel safe. I will require my group participants to be vaccinated for my safety and theirs as well as the safety of other travelers.

It is more important now than ever to get vaccinated and protect against the Delta Variant. Being vaccinated is not a political statement, it is common sense.

PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU WILL NEED THE VACCINE FOR MOST TRAVEL.

Is the Pandemic Over?

Not sure, but we have definitely made a lot of progress and are seeing the light at the end of the tunnel. It's so nice to not have to wear a mask everywhere we go. However, we all need to proceed carefully and not become too complacent. We all saw how quickly Covid 19 spread and wreaked havoc on our lives. So, enjoy some new found freedoms but be careful and practice common sense.

Defending Britta Stein by Ronald Balson (current read)

Took a short break from reading due to the move but looking forward to starting a new book on our cruise.
Some of these are easy reading (Chick Lit) but some are fairly intense. Enjoyed every almost all of these books. Reading is a great escape to another time and place which I think we can all benefit from. I must admit that as work picks up, my reading is slowing down!
New House UPDATE:

We finally moved into our new home on August 25. Both my sons were here for a few days helping to unpack and hang pictures. Steve and I are so happy with the new neighborhood and I'm so pleased with the accessibility of everything. It is just perfect! Finally unpacked the last box about 2 weeks ago but still busy with workers and deliveries. Window treatments and a few other items should be here when we return from our cruise. We are on the list for a patio and cover but probably looking into the new year for the completion of that project. Everyone is so busy and then there's the shortage of building supplies. All in all, it's all come together very well and I look forward to meeting new people and getting involved.
