OnBrooks Sign-In Update Deadline is Tuesday
Parent/guardian sign-in requirements for our community information system, OnBrooks, have been updated with new password requirements to increase security. All parent/guardian account passwords must meet the following minimum standard of 12 characters, one special character, one upper case character and one lower case character. This security enhancement will be in effect for all accounts on Tuesday (Oct. 12). Any parent/guardian account that does not meet these minimum requirements when they sign in on or after Tuesday will be prompted to reset their password.

To change a parent/guardian OnBrooks password in advance of Tuesday: At the OnBrooks sign-in screen, click the "Need Help" button, enter the associated email address for the account, select the password box, and click "Send." Retrieve a password-change link from the associated email account and follow the link to update the password. For questions or additional assistance, please contact Registrar Lisa Saunders.

Parents' Academic Corner

The Learning Center is able to witness firsthand the benefits of peer-assisted learning and believes that peer tutoring promotes active learning and allows for greater subject understanding.

Meet the Tutor Prefects (fr. left) the class of 2022's Vivian Gal, Aidan Jarvis, Ricky Bansal and Yuto Sugiyama Lam:
The Learning Center, along with the Tutor Prefects, is excited to introduce the peer tutor program! All peer tutors participate in a training program with Learning Center faculty before working with students.

Students can find peer tutors in the Learning Center (room 302) throughout the day and also in the evening from 8 to 9 p.m. outside of the Science Forum during structured study hall. Peer tutors are also available and can be matched for one-on-one sessions with students in specific subjects. Peer tutors are available to support student learning and yet teachers should always be the first source of academic support.
