HAGÅTÑA, GUAM - Today, the Guam Chamber of Commerce held a Gubernatorial Forum featuring Governor Lou Leon Guerrero (incumbent) and Former Governor Felix Camacho. The Forum touched on a number of issues including crime, tourism, cost of living, education and government procurement. Both candidates held their positions well, articulating their accomplishments from their respective administrations and pledging to move the economy forward should they become elected.
The Chamber was just made aware that Governor Leon Guerrero is currently at the hospital under her doctor’s care. We send our well wishes to the Governor and our prayers for a speedy recovery.
We thank both candidates for their participation and we wish them well moving into the general elections.
