The 2025 Annual Parent Survey Closes Tuesday!

Your positive and constructive feedback helps us continue to grow and improve at Northern Oaks. From academics and faculty support to campus culture and the overall scholar and family experience, your insights help shape our continued development.

Important Update: April 21st to be Used as Make-Up Day

Due to instructional time lost during recent inclement weather, Monday, April 21st, originally scheduled as a holiday, will now be used as a Bad Weather Make-Up Day. Consequently, all North Texas and San Antonio Academies will hold regular classes on this day.

Daily attendance is vital to the success and health of our academy, and it directly impacts our public funding. Please make any necessary arrangements to ensure your scholar is present on Monday, April 21st. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to reach out to our campus front office.

Prepare for Next Year: Re-Enrollment starts Monday, March 3rd! 

Re-enrolling at our academy is easy: just complete a quick two-minute form that will be sent to you on March 3rd. 

Whether your child will continue at our academy or you plan to make a change, all parents must log into their Parent Portal account to indicate their intent to return. We encourage all families to complete re-enrollment between March 3rd and 7th.

The final deadline to apply is March 31st.

Accessing the Parent Portal:

Please ensure you can log into the Parent Portal. If you have never set up your account, click “Forgot Password” and use your email address as your User ID. If you experience any issues logging in, contact our Lower School registrar, Mrs. Lauren Clark.

Great Hearts Texas Board Meeting | March 6

Our next Great Hearts Texas Board Meeting will be held on Thursday,  March 6th, at Great Hearts Arlington (6701 S Cooper St, Arlington, TX 76001) from 6:00–9:00 pm CST. Parents and Guardians are welcome to attend in person or virtually via Zoom, which is linked here.

Persons desiring to address the Board verbally in person, verbally via Zoom, or in writing may register for public comment or submit their written public comment by completing this form.

As a friendly reminder, meeting details will be included on the agenda and posted here no later than 72 hours prior to the meeting.

*Public Comment Form will open when the Meeting Agenda is finalized.

*The deadline to complete the Public Comment Form is 5:00 pm CST on March 4th, 2025.
