Spring cleaning, for me, is taking an inventory of my life revisiting the goals that I set at the beginning of the year, and going into the coming months reinvigorated and with inspiration.
As the days grow longer y mas "caliente", I make the commitment to get outdoors more frequently to open, green spaces to be in nature, get lots of radiant sunshine, plant BEE friendly flowers in my garden (don't forget Plant a Seed Day 3/20) and refresh my mind and spirit.
One of my goals this year was helping my family and patients make better food choices. After my brother developed a severe rash recently, I placed him on a low histamine & anti-inflammatory food plan but he struggled with knowing what foods to eat within that framework. I knew I needed to provide solutions, not just food avoidance.
After years of telling folks what foods
to avoid based on their specific issues, I decided to take things to a higher level by providing practical solutions to healthy
food choices and meal preparations.
