The Road to the 2022 Midterm Elections - Part 2

Join us on November 4 for insights regarding the 2022 Minnesota Midterm Elections. Todd Rapp from Rapp Strategies will give us a preview of what to watch for on election night, primarily focused on the battle for control of Congress, key Minnesota races and how our legislative results may be influenced by the national political environment. Mike Zipko from Velocity Public Affairs will offer his perspective on the best and worst of Campaign 2022, including what surprises may emerge on Tuesday night.

DCR Chamber Holiday Luncheon

On December 6 the Chamber will be celebrating the nonprofits in our community at the Rosemount Community Center. Coffee Break at Minnesota Energy Resources

There was a fabulous turnout for last week’s Coffee Break. There were many conversations with Chamber members, and we heard about Minnesota Energy Resources’ segments of business. They deliver natural gas to 243,000 customers in 179 communities across Minnesota. For more than 80 years, they've grown and changed with the communities they serve.

Eagan City Lifestyle Magazine - Ribbon Cutting & Open House



Join other members and community leaders at the Ribbon Cutting & Open House for the newly launched Eagan Lifestyle Magazine on Friday, November 4, at 4:15 PM. The publication is a community-focused magazine that aims to connect the residents to the people, places and things that make Eagan special.

Ribbon Cutting – 160 Driving Academy



Join us for a ribbon cutting celebration on November 17 at 3:30 PM, to welcome 160 Driving Academy to the Eagan community. 160 Driving Academy is a top truck driving school in the metro area. In just four weeks their instructors prepare their students to enter the workforce with skills, training, and confidence to get behind the wheel and hit the road. 

Coffee Break - Block Portrait Studios

Start your morning with a cup of coffee and the opportunity to meet and visit with DCR Chamber members. Block Portrait Studios is hosting the November 22 Coffee Break at their West Saint Paul studio. They are a photography studio specializing in custom-designed portrait art and helping small businesses elevate their first impressions in a big way.

Spectro Alloys Expansion

Exciting news for Spectro Alloys Corporation, they have added a 70,000 sq. ft. distribution center to their facility. Speakers acknowledge their 49-year success and the addition of their aluminum recycling center. Luke Palen (president) thanked the team and community for helping make this happen. Rosemount Mayor Bill Droste and Senator Greg Clausen commented on their success. The artist, Adam Turman, talked about what inspired him to create the 146’ mural now featured at this site.
