Dear Highland Shores Residents,
2023 ANNUAL ASSESSMENTS:
The 2023 annual assessment is now past due as payments had to be received, not postmarked, by January 31, 2023 to avoid the $50 collection fee being posted to the account. However, due to the icy road conditions I have extended this deadline to Monday, February 6, 2023. If you have not mailed in your assessment payment you can still drop off a check or money order at the on-site office. For after hour convenience there is a locked drop box on the front of the community center. If you have any questions regarding payment of the annual assessment please contact Tammy Hatter at the on-site off at 972-317-5139 or by e-mail at thatter@ccmcnet.com.
