2021 marked the first time SouthFair built market-rate homes!

With all the developing, we are happy to say that SouthFair's lot ownership has been on a steady decline! Meaning we have increased development and therefore decreased vacant lots in the South. A testament to SouthFair's revitalization efforts for South Dallas.

In 2010, SouthFair owned 77 vacant lots.

In 2020, SouthFair owned 40 vacant lots.

in 2022, SouthFair anticipates developing: 10 to 21 more vacant lots!

New Development, New Name:

Malcolm's Point

We are happy to announce that the new projects (Townhomes and Retail Development) SouthFair will be embarking on next, will be at Malcolm's Point! We believe South Dallas should be viewed as the gem it is -- comparable to other parts of the city! So we're bringing townhomes, office space, restaurants, along with SouthFair's permanent office, right here to our community in a freshly defined area -- Malcolm's Point. Will you be "on Point" in the new year? We certainly plan to be!

A Neighborhood for Everyone

"With apartment units starting in the $500’s and homes that currently sell in the low to mid $200,000’s, the Fair Park neighborhood is deeply overlooked."
