Dear Ministry Partner,

The Lord is multiplying and expanding the CCI ministry in Nepal, with classes in various locations continuing to grow. In just seven years, including the COVID-19 pandemic, we have successfully established 11 continuous CCI discipleship training classes, multiple God’s Financial Principles (GFP) seminars, and various seminars on Advanced Expository Preaching. With the help of these programs, nearly 364 pastors and leaders have received direct benefits from CCI classes, and over 1200 people have been equipped through seminars.

We are grateful for your partnership and support in fulfilling our mission to make disciples by equipping pastors and leaders. In Nepal, more than 75% of church pastors and leaders have not received any type of formal training and education. Our class setup and mobility are necessary for equipping those in need.

Our GFP seminars have also had a significant impact on families and society as a whole. This program has helped with giving, saving, debt handling, and even changing perspectives on work. Some families have recently established savings funds for their children's futures, something they never thought possible.

Despite hardship, suffering, and opposition, we believe that God has bigger plans for His churches in Nepal through the CCI ministry. With the transformation of churches and changed lives, we recognize that there are still many more individuals and families that need our help. Without your support, our mission would be impossible. Staff Update

On July 26, we celebrated the graduation of 16 disciples of Christ from the training program in western Nepal. During the 4.5 months of the program, all 10 courses of the CCI curriculum were taught, and the graduates were well-cared for throughout their training.

Testimony from a Graduate

"I am from East Nepal. I live in a very remote, unreached area, where many families and households still worship nature or idols. I praise God that 2 years ago, most of my family members accepted Christ and we started a small fellowship in our own place. It is good to add more people to His Kingdom, but for me it was challenging because I had to properly teach them His Word and guide them toward their eternal destination. This was very hard because I was not trained nor did I have formal Bible training. I praise God and thank CCI Nepal for providing me with the opportunity to learn His Word through 4 months of training in western Nepal. This was very effective and fruitful to me. This training helped me to learn how to study the Bible and interpret it, how to prepare biblical messages, determine what our goal and role is as a pastor, how to administer and organize the church, and why we should disciple people. I am very excited for my next journey and leadership after this training. I felt a transformation like a caterpillar to a butterfly in my life. I thank God for the CCI Ministry in Nepal."

Prayers & Praises

Please pray for two new teachers to assist in expanding the ministry in East and West Nepal.

We are planning to establish a library for our students and alumni. Kindly pray for guidance and provision from God.

We are praying for additional furniture for our training center, as we strive to enhance the learning experience and provide students with more opportunities to engage with His Word. Please join us in prayer for this need.

We ask for your prayers for our upcoming Discipleship training, scheduled to start in September 2023. May God guide us in preparing for this training and bring individuals who are hungry to grow in their faith and knowledge of Him.

The staff of CCI Nepal is looking forward to the Global Conference to be held in Thailand in November. Pray that all staff can attend, as finances are a big hindrance to attending.
