The Baltimore Convention Center does NOT allow unloading and loading of exhibit space materials at any of the public entrances of the Center. Passenger elevators and escalators are NOT to be used to transport booth displays to the Expo Hall.
This means you cannot come through the front door with fiber cases, etc. Please review the Move In / Out Instructions for all move in/out options and where to go to unload.
Please review the detailed move in and out instructions.. Within that document is a link to request a dock pass.

How do I know which vendors are Official Contractors for the event?
Exhibitors being solicited by vendors who are not "Official Contractors" for the event is increasing for all tradeshows throughout the country. CBC does not provide any outside contractors with exhibitor contact information. Please check the Official Contractor List for the approved vendors for this event.
**If you are contacted by a company that is NOT on this list, they are NOT working on behalf of the event. There are several companies that will lead you to believe they are working for the event but that is NOT the case. Please contact Exhibit Management at cbc@rocexhibitions.com to alert us of any vendors using these tactics. Repeat Offenders: Housing vendors, list rental companies, AV services and shipping services.

What do I do if somebody comes to my booth to solicit business?
Event Management has several policies in place to protect exhibitors, including the following: We invite all attendees to attend and participate in the exhibition and all it has to offer. Anyone observed to be soliciting business in the aisles, public spaces, in another company's booth, in Event Hotels or any other conduct to be in violation of any portion of the IAEE Exhibition Policy will be asked to leave immediately. We strictly enforce a "Suitcasing" policy to protect the interest of our exhibitors who have made an investment to reach our CBC audience. Please report any violations observed to event management.
If you are approached at your booth by somebody soliciting business, we ask that you request a business card and turn that over to Event Management.

Baltimore Convention Center REDUCE & REUSE Program?
Help us to divert material from our local landfills by donating goods that you will no longer use after the event. Because Event Management cares about the environment and the community, we will be coordinating a donation program during CBC.
Exhibitors are invited to participate in this donation program. Items donated will be made available to local non-profits.
We will accept items such as tables, chairs or displays. Additionally, promotional materials such as pens, pencils, water bottles, reusable bags or self-contained food items are acceptable.
If you have anything that you wish to donate after the close of the event, please send an e-mail with an item description and photo (if possible), along with your booth number, to donation@bccenter.org.
