"Christmas gives us the opportunity to pause and reflect on the important things around us."

– DAVID CAMERON
This year has been WONDER-FULL!

During these past months our ability to dream and wonder about the future has been reignited. We are hopeful and inspired for what 2022 will bring. Before we race into the new year, we want to properly honor all that has transpired. Each of our events this year have been delightfully successful. We've enjoyed great weather, cheerful crowds, and tremendous support from the businesses and community members of Elkhorn. We celebrated by eating ribs, prosting in the Oktoberfest Tent, golfing in the snow and listening to music and eating brats in the sun. What a year! What cherished memories! This year, we can truly say we celebrated Elkhorn.

Our hearts become full when we reflect on the last 12 months of business activity and growth. 30 new businesses became Chamber Partners in 2021, and there's still 23 days left! We've seen major changes in our downtown and all over our business district. We've welcomed new businesses to 53121 and we've watched oldies but goodies get facelifts and even expand their footprints as they grow. It's exciting to watch the Elkhorn Community flourish and we're grateful for the role that you've played.

Reflection, brought with it a reminder of rest and renewal. We believe that rest and renewal is accomplished by capturing time and purposefully using it. The Elkhorn Chamber will be taking a week long pause and closing our doors from December 24th thru the New Year.

We appreciate you, and look forward to everything we'll do next year, together.

Found this and realized, our 2020 sentiments still ring true, with one minor adjustment...
