Playground Improvements

Thanks to funds raised through our Gala / Silent Auction and other recent fundraisers, we’re enthusiastically moving forward with plans to enhance our playgrounds this spring with a variety of new structures, including a low climbing wall, tetherball poles, and more. We also plan to improve the Nido and Early Years outdoor classrooms and play areas. We’ll keep you updated as planning and installation progress. If you have any contacts or ideas to support these efforts, we’d love to hear from you!

Spirit Night

Please join us for our first Spirit Night of 2025 at Smashed Burgers in Holly Springs, happening from 4 PM to 9 PM. Be sure to check your Child Pilot messages for ordering instructions to ensure the school receives credit. All proceeds will go toward our playground enhancement plans—thank you for your support!

Family Survey

We have received 14 responses to our family survey so far—thank you to everyone who has participated! We’d love to hear from more of you, as our goal is to gather at least 30 responses to help identify trends that can guide our planning for the upcoming school year. The survey will close on January 17th, so please be sure to share your input before then.

One suggestion we have received so far is to consolidate all communication into a single app—a great idea and a goal we wholeheartedly share. While finding a one-size-fits-all solution is challenging, especially given the diverse needs of our programs that range from infants to middle school, we’re committed to exploring options to further streamline communication.

In the meantime, the continually evolving Parent Resource page is our closest step toward that goal. Is there anything you’d like to see altered or added to it?

Tuition Scholarships

As our re-enrollment period approaches, I want to ensure that all K-8 applicants are aware that the Opportunity Scholarship awards have expanded to include many families who were previously ineligible. More details will be shared soon, but since the application period is limited, I encourage you to check their webpage for more information in advance.

Curriculum Open House

Discover the Montessori approach through hands-on activities and classroom exploration at our Curriculum Open House. Our certified Montessori teachers will be available to answer your questions.

Please click the link below to RSVP for this event. Limited childcare is available for CH and above on a first-come, first-served basis. All in-person participants will receive 1 hour of volunteer time!

Spring Fling Information Page

Spring Fling, 5k and Fun Run

We're excited to invite you to join us for our Spring Fling, 5k & Fun Run.

Whether you run or walk the 5k, all are welcome! The 5k will start at 9:30 AM and be an out and back run through Harris Lake County Park. Register early to secure the early bird rate, $35.

The Fun Run will be just under a mile. The cost is $10 and includes the run, a t-shirt, and medal.

If you would like to run in both races, please only register for the 5k.

In addition to the races, come out for some carnival fun at the Spring Fling. We will have games, crafts, and activities for all ages, face painting, the MAP Market, food trucks and more!
