In accordance with provisions stated in Article VIII of the North Carolina Pork Council Bylaws, notice is hereby given that the Annual Meeting of the members of the Council will be held on Thursday, March 2 at 7:45 am at the Hilton Raleigh North Hills, Raleigh, NC. The purpose of the meeting is to present proposed amendments to the North Carolina Pork Council’s Bylaws, along with financials.

Barbecue Summit is fast approching; get your tickets now

Calling all Whole Hog Barbecue fans! Have you ever wondered what it takes to win on the Whole Hog Barbecue Series circuit? Feb. 11 is your chance to learn all about the ins and outs of competing against the best whole hog cooks in the state at the NC Barbecue Summit.
