Debbie Meyer Weber will share how she became a Masters Coach from an Olympic swimming background. Debbie is a three-time Olympic champion and a former world record-holder in four freestyle events in the 1968 Summer Olympics in Mexico.


Additional topics: Generational Coaching, Business Models for Clubs, How to Work with Your Board of Directors, Round Table with Marcia Benjamin, Donita Flecker, Mary Kahn, Dana Kirk and Carol Nip.  The day will be fun networking, building friendships and celebrating our kaleidoscopic roles in swimming.

7:30am: Swim workout

8:30am:  Check-in

9:00am:  Event begins

4:00pm: Event Ends



Cost: $50.00 Lunch and snacks will be served.  Registration


You DO NOT have to be a coach or leader to register - most important is your interest and friendship!

Level 2 & 3 USMS Coaches Certification

Clinic Course for Coaches


These courses are a must in your Club's game plan towards excellence, and knowing the nuts and bolts in running a great program. 


The weekend of December 3-4, Bill Brenner will instruct coaches and all interested in USMS Level 2 & 3 certification. Unusually so, these two levels will be offered on the same day.  Pacific Masters will reimburse coaches 80% of the cost of tuition.
