Registration for the Normandy Camporee 2022 opened at 12:01 AM Brussels time on Saturday, October 16.
Unlike previous Normandy Camporee registration processes, all registrations will occur in one system. So it is important for you to plan your camporee experience a bit before entering the registration system.
Who can attend? All members of Scouting are welcome. In addition to BSA Cub Scout Families, Scouts BSA, and our Venturers and Sea Scouts, we extend the invitation to participate to Scouts and volunteer leaders from around the world. The Scouts and Guides of France are organizing a large contingent. A contingent is coming from Uganda. Scout families from many nations will be joining us for the 10th edition of the Normandy Camporee.
When is the event? Organized activities of the Camporee are April 8-10, 2022. However, many of the camporee participants traditionally make an extended stay of their time in Normandy, some arriving early and staying late.
How do you plan your participation? Read the
Event Guide . Our volunteer staff team has worked long and hard to plan the event and now communicate what they have planned so you can have an unparalleled experience.
Coordinate as a unit. The camporee registration system is designed to support unit and group registrations. We recognize that some participants will be a group of 1 or maybe a family of 3. But we would encourage you to organize yourself and your camporee experience as a Pack, Troop, Crew, or Ship. Assigning one coordinator to begin the registration process, and then enabling the Parent Portal feature will allow each family to make their program selections, bungalow reservations if desired, and of course event specific trading post items such as patches, apparel, etc.
