VOLUNTEER FOR QUEEN'S COMMUNITY CONNECTIONS PROGRAM
We’d like to share a unique volunteer opportunity with you: the Queen’s Community Connections Program (QCCP).
QCCP was initiated in Spring 2020 by the Office of Advancement to foster intergenerational connections (a unique strength of the Queen's community) and help reduce social isolation by connecting mature alumni with student and new alumni volunteers through regular friendly phone calls. During last year’s program, volunteers made such meaningful and lasting connections with Queen’s alumni that we will be offering it again this year.

QCCP is currently seeking Queen’s students who have a genuine interest in connecting with mature alumni to become involved in this meaningful volunteer opportunity.

This is a great program for students interested in becoming more immersed in the Queen’s community. QCCP can also be a great resume-building and networking opportunity: your contacts can give good insights, and participants may have the opportunity to get LinkedIn recommendations from Queen’s staff.

If you are interested in learning more about QCCP 2021 and joining as a caller, please check out the online volunteer sign-up form.

Thank you for considering the opportunity to join this incredibly rewarding program, and don’t hesitate to reach out to the QCCP team at connectionsproject@queensu.ca with any questions you may have!
