Work continues to move forward. Below are brief updates on specific segments of the project.
Center Street to 35th Street
Side streets in this section have all been replaced, and sidewalk installation has begun. In the next two weeks, expect to see retaining wall construction, sidewalk installation, grading and sodding. All of the driveways are complete in this section and are open.
35th Street to Houston Street; Hollywood Boulevard
The storm sewer work is complete from 35th Street to Houston Street, and underway on Hollywood Boulevard. Water main work is complete from 35th Street to Houston Street, as well as on Hollywood Boulevard. This section is closed, but residents have access to their driveways. In the next two weeks, expect to see full pavement removal and preparation for new pavement. While pavement work is underway, we ask residents to park on a nearby side street and walk to your property. The contractor will restore access as soon as possible.
