Collaborative EDO is thrilled to unveil Blueprint for Career Success, a dynamic new series designed to bridge the gap between classrooms and careers. This isn't just a program; it's a movement to revolutionize how educators and businesses collaborate to build a thriving workforce for tomorrow.

What’s in it for educators?

Step out of the classroom and into local industries! This series invites you to explore local businesses and gain firsthand insight into the skills and roles that redefine success in today’s workforce. Armed with this insider knowledge, you can craft curricula that truly prepare your students for the demands—and opportunities—of the future.

What’s in it for businesses?

Here’s your chance to shape the future of the workforce, one connection at a time. By opening your doors to educators, you’re not just showcasing your industry; you’re actively influencing the next generation of talent and strengthening ties with local schools.

The future is happening fast, and we’re meeting it head-on! Each session will feature an engaging overview of Career and Technical Education (CTE) programs from Lane Educational Service District and Connected Lane County will also spotlight resources that empower educators and inspire students to dream big and achieve even bigger.

A heartfelt thanks to the incredible businesses leading the charge: Delta Sand & Gravel, PeaceHealth, Rosen Aviation, Sierra Pacific Industries, and Twenty Ideas. These organizations aren’t just opening their doors; they’re opening minds and possibilities for the future.
