Transport Saves Lives

Among our many services, WCHS brings pets who are at risk for euthanasia at overcrowded southern shelters here to Vermont to find new loving homes.

Donations help us transport dogs and cats to safety each month!

Being in the wrong place at the wrong time shouldn’t deprive a dog or cat of a full life. We want to help more of them—and any other animal needing shelter, medical care, or a place to meet their future family—so please consider giving $35, $70, or $125 to fund the next life-saving trip.

Your gift will get more animals to the right place at the right time.

Looking For Love

Felix is 6 years old and looking for a new home. Like many animals brought into the shelter, we don't have much information about him.

He is a "ginger cat," sometimes called "velcro cats" because they like to be close to their owners.

Please share Felix's profile and help him find a family.
