Marching Band Games
Huge thanks to Mr. Gillespie, section leaders, drum majors, and all the students for an outstanding halftime show performance on Oct. 1. Stay tuned for the videos!
Band members are required to play at the remaining two football games:
Oct 8 Senior Night 7:45 game time, call time 6 pm
Oct 14 6:30 pm game time, call time 5 pm.
Parents are encouraged to attend the games! You buy entry at Memorial Stadium and the cost is $6 adults, $4 students (cash only). Student with an ASB sticker get a discount (ASB stickers obtained at main office when you pay ASB fee through schoolpay).
What is Senior Night? Seniors will be honored for their commitment to Marching Band on the field at halftime at the game on Friday, October 8. Parents of Seniors, please make sure you or your student fills out this form before October 4.
We encourage family/guardians to join Seniors on the field for this special event. Guests should arrive at the stadium for the start of the 7:45 pm game and sit in the section to the right of the band. Midway through the second quarter, Seniors and their guests will line up in alphabetical order at the bottom of that section. At halftime, you will be led onto the field for the recognition, which includes an introduction, presentation of a rose, and photo with Mr. Gillespie. After all students have been recognized, families will be escorted back to the bleachers to enjoy the rest of the game.
Nov 6 Auburn Veteran's Day Parade
Marching band will also participate in the Veteran's Day parade in Auburn on November 6, one of the largest Veteran's Day parades in the country. More details soon.
