Dear Saints Peter and Paul Parents,
This week was a great start to the 2022-2023 school year. The students and the teachers settled in and everyone was excited and energized. We are looking forward to our Year of Charity and helping the students grow academically, socially, and spiritually.
To help you keep up to date on all school happenings for the upcoming week ahead, I will be sending out my Principal Post on Fridays. Please take the time to read over the information in my email. I am available to help answer any questions.
I am thrilled to announce that SSPP has been awarded the Archdiocesan School of Distinguished Instruction for the second year in a row. This honor is based upon our students’ Terra Nova standardized data. Two specific areas were studied to determine if we met the requirements:
Growth - The students gave evidence of expected or greater than expected growth. We exceeded 90% or above in all content areas.
Exceeding Potential - 90% of our classes met or exceeded their potential in all content areas at every level tested.
SSPP met the requirements in both areas. On behalf of the school community, I will be attending the awards ceremony on September 8th at St Pius X Church to receive this prestigious award. I want to thank the faculty for their commitment to excellence in education and to our students for their hard work and dedication to being lifelong learners.

Sept. 2nd and 5th - School is closed. Have a very happy weekend!
Sept. 6th - Pre school begins
Sept. 6th at 7 pm - Back to School Night for grades K, 1, 2
Sept. 6th - After school CARES begins
Sept. 7th at 7 pm - Band Meeting with Mrs. Luciano in the MECI
Sept. 7th - Students begin to go to weekly Adoration
Sept. 8th - Confession for grades 3,4,5,6,7, and 8
Sept. 8th - Back to School Night for grades 6,7,8
Sept. 9th - Opening Liturgy for the 2022- 2023 school year at 8:30am in the church. The Student Council will be inducted following Mass.
