EDUCATION SESSION
Manage the Labor Shortages that May Affect Your Back and Middle Office
Your firm relies on back office and middle office professionals to handle regulatory compliance, investor relations, ESG initiatives, financial reporting and more.

All that necessary and often unglamorous work by your team keeps your hedge fund and private equity fund in business. Without them, well, just imagine.

Some colleagues have found it challenging to recruit, train and retain talented professionals in the current tight labor market. Learn how to successfully formulate the business case you need to meet the demands for human capital and also manage the budget.

Bring your questions and what-if scenarios for an interactive discussion. Following the session, share your tips and best practices with colleagues as you network over drinks and snacks.
