It is already time for the 2021-22 Jog-a-thon Logo design contest! This contest is for 5th graders only.
the winning logo will be used on Jog-a-thon banners, communications and t-shirts.
DUE DATE: MONDAY, OCTOBER 4TH
If you would like any of these forms printed please let me know and I can put them in your mailboxes. Students can also use any blank 8.5x11 sheet of paper.
Could you please let your students know that the contest is starting? It is optional for students to participate and they can submit multiple entries if they choose. We are asking that they take a picture and email their logo, but if anyone turns in a paper copy we can come collect them from the office as needed.
1) Include the words “Jefferson Elementary” and “2021 Jog-A-Thon” in art.
2) Must be hand-drawn with black marker only (no colors), fit on this page and be clear and legible.
3) Write your name and teacher’s name on this page or in your email.
4) Multiple entries may be submitted, each entry on a separate form.
