Another tip is to start an achievement journal to track your progress toward your life goals and daily goals. Write down three things that you are grateful to have in your life each day!

 In addition gathering with other individuals is a great way to relieve stress. Join a club, go to an event that excites you or something that you want to learn about. Just do something for yourself that makes you happy each day.
