Barber motorsports park is back marking the 3rd round of the 2023 WRL Championship season! This event will count towards the Mid-West and National Championships in 2023. Called the Augusta National of racetracks, Barber never disappoints! This 2.38 mile, 16 turn facility boasts a ton of elevation, huge technicality and race-ability that makes this a WRL favorite every year.

Lower-level assigned parking - All lower-level parking will be by reservation ONLY. All spots are 25'x100'. WRL has bought out all power from Barber and spots are arranged such that all spots designated as having power should be able to access power. The spots along pit lane will need to bring adequate power cable to reach the pit wall from their parking spaces as that is where it is located. Please ONLY RESERVE WHAT YOU NEED. There is ample free "open" parking on the 2nd and 3rd levels if you do not wish to reserve a lower-level spot. We will load-in in numerical order from lowest to highest (1-54). See below for more information. Weekend camping pass is required and not included if you plan to sleep overnight in this area
RV assigned camping spots - All RV spaces include power AND a WRL weekend camping pass. WRL has bought out all the power from Barber, so there is no need to purchase power from the track as it is included in the price of the RV spot. Spots RV3-RV23 are 75' deep by 20' wide. RV24-RV47 are 55' deep by 20' wide.
Load-in: Load-in will begin at approximately 5:30 PM. There is no flexibility to load-in earlier as Porsche has a customer experience event on Thursday before our event utilizing the entire paddock. This means that an efficient load-in REQUIRES everyone's cooperation, patience and teamwork, and we will do absolutely everything we can to get you into the paddock as quickly as possible. ABSOLUTELY NO PERSONAL VEHICLES will be allowed in the track until AFTER all staged trucks/trailers have entered the facility, so plan arrival appropriately to avoid unnecessary waiting.
Tech: We will be performing tech in staging lot G from 10:00 am - 3:00 pm. We will have a designated unloading area in Lot G. After the car is unloaded the truck/trailer will close and proceed to the staging lanes and the car must be driven into the track as we will not be able to leave room in staging area to re-load the car. Tech will re-open from 6:00pm - 9:00pm in the paddock. Anyone who can not tech on Thursday must email race@racewrl.com to make a tech appointment for Friday and qualifying will not be counted until the car receives 2023 tech.
Disclosure sheets are due on 2/17/23 if you have made changes or have not completed annual tech for the 2023 Season. 2023 Disclosure worksheets can be found at the link below. Email completed forms to Race@RaceWRL.com
Driver Registration Deadline is on 2/17/23. This gives you plenty of time if you have people on the fence or are looking to fill more seats. We STRONGLY suggest that you add all of your drivers to your current registration when you have them confirmed. Gear check from must be printed and completed, a PHYSICAL copy must be brought to registration.
Additional information and logistics will be sent in the coming days with additional information and diagrams along with a final version of the supplemental rules.
