Board Member Publishes New Report

The Institute for European, Russian, and Eurasian Studies (IERES) published a new report, “Unmasking GONGOS as Agents of Illiberalism: A Case Study of the OSCE” by our Board Member, Sebastien Peyrouse, addressing the infiltration of Government-Organized Non-Governmental Organizations (GONGOs) in international organizations.

Focusing on the OSCE, Peyrouse examines the role of GONGOs advancing authoritarian agendas and subverting democratic values at events, like the HDIM, WHDC, and SHDM.
