WHAT:
This program designed to help you stay healthy, fit and lean over the holidays. The optimal goal is to team up with 2 other people and as a team, maintain your group weight within 5 pounds from Thanksgiving to New Year's. You can participate as a 3-person team or solo. If you choose solo, you must maintain your weight within 2-pounds. In addition, complete 2 workouts per week. Each successful team member will win a prize.

Open to anyone wanting to stay healthy and fit this holiday season.
WHEN:
Program begins November 29, following Thanksgiving. If you are participating in the weight maintenance challenge, you must weigh-in before Thanksgiving. Feel free to use your own scale.
All participants must be sure to weigh-in before Thanksgiving.

Adamstown YMCA: Tuesday's and Friday's at 5:30 AM-6:30 AM
Antietam Recreation Center: Tuesdays 6:30 -7:30 PM & Saturdays 7:30-8:30 AM
Online FaceBook Live Classes Monday & Wednesday 6:00 - 6:30 AM

Participation Options and Cost:
1) Participate Live: 2 Classes Per Week
Adamstown YMCA, Tuesday and Friday at 5:30 AM and/or
Antietam Recreation Center Tuesday 6:30 PM and Saturday 7:30 AM.
You choose if you want workouts only or if you want both workouts only and maintain your weight. Cost is the same.
Cost: $120/person Includes all workouts listed, plus our private FaceBook Page. Must get in a minimum of 2 workouts per/week.
2) Participate At Home--Follow Us Online and Workout At Home
Cost: $75/person for 2 Online FaceBook Live Workouts Per Week.
