Join the Choir this Wednesday!

Now that fall is here, it's time to revitalize the music ministry at St. John's, and we would love YOUR help! If you sing, please consider joining the CHOIR. We rehearse at 7pm every Wednesday, and warm up approximately 30 minutes before Sunday services.  

Choir is open to people who are high school age and above-no experience necessary. If you play HANDBELLS, or would like to learn, please contact me, I am hoping to start a group that will play regularly on Sunday mornings. STUDY OF PAUL’S LETTER TO THE COLOSSIANS

Come be a part of Pr. Weidler’s Bible Study of St. Paul’s Epistle to the Christians in Colossae. The study will be in the Heritage Room at 9:00 am on Wednesdays beginning October 19 and is scheduled to conclude December 14. Come discover why the messages of Scripture are truly timeless, as applicable in 2022 as they were in 62 A.D. A sign-up is in the church lobby.

Caring Network is urgently seeking donations of diapers for their clients. Please bring diapers, wipes, lotions, soaps, diaper cream and gift cards to Target and Walmart. to Target or Walmart to the donation baskets in the narthex. Thank you for your support!

St. John's Mission email is distributed on Tuesdays each week and is a quick read of the week's events and activities. Worship information will go out on Fridays in the Message. The Ministries e-mail is sent out the first Monday of each month and contains detailed information of coming and past events, activities, and volunteer opportunities. The next edition goes out on October 3. The deadline for article submission is Wednesday, September 28.
