Yves Carnazolla

CEO and co-Founder, AxessImpact


Yves is the co-founder and CEO of AxessImpact and President of AxessThinkTank. He is a social entrepreneur striving to combine analytical skill and systems thinking to drive impact investing into financial markets. An orchestrator of different collective and collaborative projects whose mission is to bring together diversified domain expertise and innovation to create value in the Impact Economy. Yves earned a Master in International Economics from the Geneva Graduate Institute and a Bachelor in Economy from the University of Geneva.


Julie Noller

Carbon Trader, Socar


Julie Noller has over 20 years professional experience in Energy Trading and is also the course coordinator for the Commodity Trading Minor at HEG Geneva. Julie is currently a Carbon Trader at SOCAR Trading SA where she manages emission requirements within Compliance and Voluntary markets. Previously, Julie has traded cross commodities such as power, gas, emissions and carbon credits at a number of Commodity Trading companies including Koch Supply & Trading, Gunvor and Essent Energy. Julie has a MSc. in Mathematical Finance from Oxford University.


Alain Savary

CEO and Founder, Project Net Zero 2050


Alain is a shipping executive with more than 20 years’ experience. He decided these last years to specialize in the carbon markets. He has extensive experience in shipping decarbonization and a proven track record in ships' CO2 emissions tracking and compensation (voluntary carbon market). He has undertaken different executive roles in third party ship management ranging from corporate finance to internal audit and project finance and was the CEO of a Swiss based ship owning company. He is now the founder and CEO of PNZ 2050, a decarbonization advisory company specializing in shipping and logistics industries and Director of Black River. He studied Hotel Management at EHL and then finance at HEC Lausanne and, during his professional career specialized in ship finance at Cambridge University and in risk management at the Institute of Internal Audit UK and Ireland.


Dorothée Borca Dumortier

Head of Sales, IG Bank


Dorothée is the Head of Sales at IG Bank, a world-leading company offering award-winning trading platforms with market-leading services. She is a seasoned and passionate executive bringing more than 15 years of industry experience from large institutions with areas of expertise ranging from risk, business development, strategy and management. Dorothée earned an MBA, a Master in International Business and has studied leadership at Harvard Business School as well as Innovation and Entrepreneurship at Stanford University.
