To Train and Equip All People to Go!

"Go therefore and make disciples… teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you. And behold, I am with you always, to the end of the age.”

– Matthew 28:19-20

Greetings Ministry Partner,

On October 28-29, we held a teacher training seminar in Siem Reap aimed at enhancing teaching efficiency among our CCI teachers and students. Led by Dr. Gil Thomas, the Executive Director of the Good Soil Ministries, this event equipped 94 teachers with new techniques and insights into effective teaching. The workshop was organized with the support and involvement of CCI students from Siem Reap.

Participants expressed their enthusiasm for the new experiences and teaching methods introduced, which they believe will positively impact their Bible class.

Participants reported gaining valuable insights and skills that they intend to apply in their teaching. Many shared that the phrase, “Just because you said it, doesn’t mean they learned it,” resonated deeply, reminding them of the importance of ensuring their message is understood and retained by students.

We are thankful for the opportunity to glorify God through this initiative, equipping teachers with tools to empower them to TEACH more effectively.

Thank you for your continued prayers and support.

Testimony

Testimony of Brother Pheng Chin, CCI Bible Student, Siem Reap

“Two years ago, my journey with the Word of God began with a simple desire—to know and understand the Scriptures more deeply. As a student at the CCI Bible School in Siem Reap, I found myself deeply exploring faith in a way I didn't expect at first.

As I dedicated myself to the study of the Bible, I went through a quiet but strong change. God's Word started to work inside me, changing how I act and decide things without me realizing it. I became more and more involved in our church, not just going along but leading others. I grew to love teaching and talking about God's Word, and I took every chance I could to share what I knew.

What began as a way to learn more turned into my life's work. I am very thankful to God for giving me this gift—the skill to teach and preach with excitement. I always volunteer to lead when I can. It feels like a special honor and a happy way to follow what God wants me to do.

I am thankful for the ways in which the Word has shaped my life, directing me toward paths of active service and ministry. As I continue to grow in my faith and knowledge, I remain committed to contributing to our church's mission and to touching the lives of others with the grace and truth that have so richly transformed my own.”
