GUADALUPE SCHOOL'S COVID JOURNEY
Thank you to everyone that attended our Awakening for Academics virtual event on October 7th. Our program directors shared wonderful messages of hope for our students as Guadalupe School continues to face challenges due to the pandemic. We are thrilled that we were able to raise $30,000 to help combat learning loss due to COVID-19. We are so grateful for our community. Thank you to all of our sponsors:

Principal Sponsors: Ally Bank & Ace Recycling & Disposal
Vice-Principal Sponsors: Marathon Petroleum & Intermountain Healthcare
TRUNK OR TREAT
We are short on sweets and could use your help. Halloween candy donations are needed for Guadalupe School's Annual Trunk or Treat. You can contribute to the success and fun of this holiday tradition by dropping candy off in-person before 5 p.m. on Thursday, October 28. We anticipate a large number of students and want to make sure that we have enough candy to give to trunk-or-treaters. Please help us make this a spook-tacular celebration for our students!
Transforming Lives Through Education
VOLUNTEERS MAKING A DIFFERENCE
Guadalupe School relies on volunteers to not only work directly with our students, but also to help provide items needed at the school and for the families we serve. We want to say thanks to the many groups that have provided support this autumn. Thank you to Marathon Petroleum for providing dozens of costumes so our students can enjoy Halloween. Also thank you to the Utah Diaper Bank and University of Utah Latinx Alumni Community. They brought in boxes of diapers to help our families in need. Thank you!

If you have a group that would like to get involved with Guadalupe School this holiday season, please contact David Childs at david.childs@guadschool.org.
