The Association is excited to announce Sandpiper Golf Club's Ryan Tofani as the winner of the 2024 program. Tofani, who finished as program runner-up in 2023, demonstrated an unparalleled dedication to professional development and career growth in 2024 to lead the Top 100. Tofani took part in a wide variety of Association education initiatives, as well as other golf industry learning opportunities, to lead his peers in the Education category. Furthermore, Tofani displayed his altruism through impactful association volunteerism, sacrificing his time to enrich PGA of BC events and initiatives.
Tofani finished with 103 points to seal the victory. Chris Ward (Shaughnessy Golf & Country Club) earned runner-up honours with 95 points. Rounding out the podium, Dylan Nickel (Chilliwack Golf Club) finished in third place with 74 points.
The Association also tracked an Assistants' and a Rookies' race in the 2024 Professional Development Program. Ward led the way among Assistants in 2024 with 95 points. Nickel earned second place in the Assistants' race, while Caine Lacusta (Riverway Golf Course) amassed 65 points to finish in third.
