Lemonade Wars at Wales and Explore!

lemonade_lemons.jpg

After reading the book The Lemonade War and learning about economics, students from 4th grade and Explore Scouts have teamed up to create 6 unique lemonade stands and will be running a Lemonade Stand "war" (competition) here at school!

Each team chose their stand name, price per cup of lemonade ($0.15-$0.50 per cup), and unique "value-added" items. This Wednesday, all of the teams will be selling lemonade in front of the school from 10:00-10:45am and again from 1:30-2:15pm. The stand with the highest total sales will be the winner!

All proceeds from every stand will be donated to our PTO playground fund. Please come on over to Wales/Explore Campus for a refreshing glass of lemonade this Wednesday!
