As the Food and Beverage Manager, Karen will oversee all culinary operations at the zoo, including menu development and the day-to-day management of the Zoo’s dining services. With a focus on incorporating fresh ingredients and offering a variety of family-friendly options, Karen is eager to create menus that delight guests of all ages.
“I am excited to join the Peoria Park District, as I have been a fan of theirs for years. Hopefully, we can enhance the Zoo experience with our warm hospitality, good eats and sweet treats,” said Karen Hocker.
