Minister Helwer oversees a major government department and among other things, is responsible for continuity of supply and procurement modernization. As Manitobans move past the COVID-19 pandemic and push forward into economic recovery, supply chain management will form a critical component of our province’s ability to remain economically competitive. Another important part of the Minister’s mandate is ensuring strong relationships with labour and employers, and working with consumers to ensure a fair marketplace for all Manitobans.
