Middle School Soccer Players Needed!

Our soccer program is in desperate need of a few additional players to round out a short roster that may not make it possible to play our season. If your son or daughter has interest in playing on our co-ed team, please reach out as soon as possible to Mr. Dawson, Athletic Director, at 765-4552 or rdawson@sau17.net

Student-athletes interested in field hockey or Cross Country can still sign up and be included on our teams. Please email Mr. Dawson for more information, or go to the link below.
Important Information About SRSD Breakfast & Lunch Program
Hello families, students and staff of Sanborn School District,

I would like to share some information about the meal programs in your district which will hopefully be helpful in ensuring your students do not have unwanted charges on their lunch accounts and get the FREE meals they are entitled too.

The current USDA meal program will provide all student with 1 Free breakfast and 1 free Lunch per day. The meal must be a complete meal which has to include at least 1 fruit or vegetable. If it does not include this, the student will have to be charged for the meal. We will do our absolute best to encourage students to take all the components of the meal so they will not be charged.

Milk - Milk is a component of the meal that students can choose to take or not. It is not a required component.  Milk is NOT free for all students, Only those getting a full meal. If your student would like only milk they can purchase it for .65 cents. This includes breakfast, snack and lunch milk.

2nd meals - as stated above the USDA only pays for 1 breakfast and 1 lunch per student per day. If a student is interested (with parent permission of coarse) in purchasing a second meal or second entree they can do so as quantities are available.

If you have any questions and or concerns please feel free to reach out to your food service director Cara Green @ sanborn@freshpickscafe.com or by phone 603-642-3341
