CASA OF NORTHEAST OKLAHOMA
Sponsorships are available for CASA's Paper Doll Project to be held from mid-August to mid-September. Sponsorships available are:
  • Gold Sponsor - $1,000 (Sponsor logo on all flyers, posters, information table and receives 3 dolls.)
  • Silver Sponsor - $500 (Sponsor logo on all flyers, posters, information table and receives 2 dolls).
  • Bronze Sponsor - $300 (Name listed on all flyers, posters, information table and receives 1 doll).
  • Individual Sponsor - $100 (Receives 1 doll).
All the dolls will be displayed on Saturday, September 17th, at a Family Fun Festival event at St. Andrew's Episcopal Church in Grove. Each Gold, Silver and Bronze Sponsor will be able to have a free information booth at the event. Awards will be given to the King and Queen of the Paper Doll Project. RIBBON CUTTING
FLOWER BAR

Welcome Flower Bar!!

A ribbon cutting was held for Joann Sauer at her new Grove business, Flower Bar. Flower Bar is located at 4707 US Hwy 59. Their official Grand Opening will be on Saturday, August 13 so be sure to stop in and check out this unique new business. Joann has many great plans ahead for her new venture including craft and paint parties for up to twelve people. Along with a nice selection of cut flowers you will find gifts and a large bar area with a beer and wine license in the works. Deliveries for flowers are available. Hours for the store will be Monday - Friday from 9 a.m. - 6 p.m. and Saturday from 9 a.m. - 2 p.m.

Attending the ribbon cutting were many friends and family members. Donnie Crain, president of Grove Area Chamber of Commerce along with many Chamber member businesses including Devitt Properties, Bank of Grand Lake, Amerispec Home Inspections, Crye Leike Realtors, Edward Jones Investments, Legacy Real Estate, Capital Carpet Cleaning, Grand Savings Bank, McGraw Realtors, Brush and Palette, Ferra Aerospace, and BancFirst were also in attendance.

YARD OF THE MONTH

Ron was the recipient of the Yard of the Month award. The goal of the Yard-of-the-Month program is to recognize the efforts of residents who take pride in their home and landscaping, inspiring others to do the same.
