All the dolls will be displayed on Saturday, September 17th, at a Family Fun Festival event at St. Andrew's Episcopal Church in Grove. Each Gold, Silver and Bronze Sponsor will be able to have a free information booth at the event. Awards will be given to the King and Queen of the Paper Doll Project. Monday, August 22, 10:30 a.m., Early Literacy Storytime -  Kids ages 5 and under will enjoy stories, fingerplays, rhymes, music, crafts, and more! Space is limited to the first 30 people.

Tuesday, August 23, 10 - 11 a.m., (Stay Active & Independent for Life)  SAIL is a fitness program for older adults, which can be done sitting or standing. Each class is presented by OHAI and includes a warm-up, stretching, cardio, balance, and strengthening exercise, as well as a cool down. Classes are free, but registration is recommended to guarantee your spot as space is limited. Welcome Flower Bar!!

A ribbon cutting was held for Joann Sauer at her new Grove business, Flower Bar. Flower Bar is located at 4707 US Hwy 59. Their official Grand Opening will be on Saturday, August 13 so be sure to stop in and check out this unique new business. Joann has many great plans ahead for her new venture including craft and paint parties for up to twelve people. Along with a nice selection of cut flowers you will find gifts and a large bar area with a beer and wine license in the works. Deliveries for flowers are available. Hours for the store will be Monday - Friday from 9 a.m. - 6 p.m. and Saturday from 9 a.m. - 2 p.m.
