Year-End Giving...
We're down to just a few hours before the end of the year and in looking back there is no doubt that December 31st is historically the most pivotal day for fundraising each year. Those who have been with me in these communiques for very long know that we don't focus on finances much.
I relayed earlier this year that we had exhausted our entire savings and I'll have to take responsibility for not speaking up about this in earlier newsletters. Still, God is moving upon the hearts of people and I'm grateful to say that we are at least within sight of closing 2022 in the black. PTL!
The financial needs continue whether I present them here in print or not. Thanks in advance for responding as the Holy Spirit leads you about making a year-end 2022 gift to the ministry. Real Ministry to Real People
Every day and in any number of ways, I am answering questions, sending research, or doing counseling with numerous people... There are so many people who need answers pertaining to Cults, the Occult and New Age ideas in their families. Some of these folks are also seeking help to conquer the false religious systems that have ensnared them personally.
About Melanie's Health...
Many of you know the history of the issues that my beautiful wife has battled and subsequently that I have battled alongside of her.
I previously mentioned that she is in the midst of yet another health crisis. I'm going to write about and probably record a podcast about this newest trial as well. However, I want to be careful to get the details out as succinctly as possible so that the many of you who pray for us regularly will know exactly how to proceed.
Besides Melanie's immediate condition (no, it is not terminal), I’m going to outline an event that took place in my life as a direct result of what is happening with her. It may be some of the most important information I have ever imparted because in the midst of personal dismay over her health, God sovereignly accomplished something in me that took my breath away. I began to realize that many others NEEDED to hear what took place for the sake of their family, their marriage, and for themselves. I'm not trying to be melodramatic here and I wouldn't write this unless I was totally convinced of what this might mean to others. This is why I want to be sure I have all my ducks in a row before I make any public pronouncement of what took place. I can tell you that for me the event I am speaking about was life changing. There is simply no better way to phrase it. Until that time comes about when I can unpack it all, thank you for praying for me and for Melanie’s complete recovery.
Upcoming Video Projects and the Home Invasion Documentary Project
There are several new messages under construction with each eventually becoming a high quality video.
In the next few days, I'm going to release one of the most important videos that I've ever put together. It has caused me to read and research an exorbitant amount, usually burning the midnight oil. This video, which may actually become a multi part teaching, will help alert and also challenge families concerning the sinister nature of who and what they turn to for entertainment and the prevalence of alternative worldviews coming out of Hollywood today. In the video, I make the point that as adults, we may not be concentrating on or consuming the kinds of entertainment that our children and teenagers are - but we need to stop and take note of how brazenly the enemy is convoluting their minds and world.
I'm also working steadily on adding to and editing Home Invasion: The Rise of Surveillance Society. To those of you who we still owe the finished documentary (DVDs and Booklets), thank you for hanging in there with me. Your patience is awesome and appreciated and I trust it will be worth the wait when I’m all finished.
As you might know, we encountered a series of major health concerns for Melanie, which took me away from being able to spend the time needed on such a monumental project. Without all the unexpected interruptions, we would have been finished long ago. But, things are as they are. Life goes on and I’m doing the best I can to juggle my time and attention. Speaking Opportunities
I'm glad to be out speaking some again and appreciate the good ministry I had recently at Rock Harbor Church in Bakersfield (Pastor Brandon Holthaus) and at Sunrise Bible Church in Las Vegas (Pastor Billy Crone). Regardless of all the other ministries that we are involved with, the Seminar and Preaching ministry is the primary thing that God called me to undertake over 40 years ago and with God’s help it will go on until I move on to Heaven!
Next weekend (January 8th) I'll be at one of my favorite country churches which is pastored by one of my dearest friends and Take A Stand board member, Pastor Sam Buckingham. If you're anywhere in the Wenatchee/Chelan area in north central Washington State I'd love to greet you at Columbia River Fellowship in Mansfield on the 8th. I'm speaking at the 11a.m. morning service and I’m also presenting one of the new topics that has not yet to be recorded.
On January 15th I'm returning to Cornerstone Bible Church in Lake Stevens, Washington for both morning services. If hearing that church name or city strikes a bell with you, it’s where I've helped to organize a terrific prophecy conference each of the past 2 years along with Pastor Cary Green. This coming April will be our third conference at Cornerstone and I'm excited about that and also looking forward to the two services coming up on January 15th.
Later in January, I am also speaking at a conference in Ontario, Canada just north of Detroit but will be doing so virtually/online for that event. I'll send another email with all the information about the conference as the time approaches.
I regret to say that I've also turned down a couple of invitations to travel out and speak including another conference in central Canada. However, it's prudent that I stay close to home because of the situation with Melanie, at least for the short term.
