27th Sunday in Ordinary Time
“So out of the ground the Lord God formed every beast of the field and every bird of the air, and brought them to the man to see what he would call them; and whatever the man called every living creature, that was its name.” (Genesis 2:19)
The creation story reminds us of two important points. First, since the start, God has put the entire world into our care. Second, stewardship has been around since the beginning of mankind, it isn’t something recently invented by the Church. Just as past generations built our Church, it is now our responsibility to continue to nurture and develop these gifts for future generations.

Families Forming Disciples meets in person on October 3rd.
Reminders:
o All families gather in the Social Hall by 10:15
o Follow parish mask guidelines: masks are recommended indoors,
and those who are unvaccinated are required to wear a mask
o Stay home if anyone in your family is sick

MONDAY EVENING BIBLE STUDY |
|
Monday Evening Bible Study is a faith-sharing facilitated Bible study which includes both couples and singles. We meet for 6 weeks from 6:30 -8:00 in the PLC. Please consider joining us for our study of Psalms which teaches us to pray with passion, honesty, and zeal. Come and let the word of God inspire you to grow in your faith. We will begin on Monday Oct. 18 with Lesson 1 and run for the next 6 weeks ending on Nov. 29 with Lesson 6.

Job Summary: Part time position - less than 25 hours per week.
