Welcome to the Sandbox, Coastline! | |

The holiday season is officially here, Dolphins! For many, the holidays are a time of happiness, joy, togetherness, and giving. For others, though, the holidays can bring more nefarious tidings - stress, anxiety, even seasonal depression. For students who are already stressed this time of year (hello, finals!), this could easily be a recipe for a certain mental health disaster.
If you find yourself feeling overwhelmed this holiday season, remember that Coastline's Student Mental Health Services are available to every enrolled student, free of charge. Our Mental Health Therapists are here with a variety of tips, techniques, and resources to help get you through the challenges and hurdles that you might find yourself facing this time of year. For more information or to make an appointment with a therapist, visit coastline.edu/student-mental-health-services.
