Best wishes to October exam candidates
Annual recertification of your Certified Classical Homeopath (CCH) credential is due on November 30, 2022. The steps to recertify usually lead to many questions in the office, and we are here to help! Below is a compilation of resources to get you through the recertification process smoothly.
The revised Recertification Handbook has illustrated, step-by-step instructions designed to get through the recertification process in Certemy.

The revised CHC Approved CEU Activities table describes the difference between Category I and Category II activities, and lists approved continued professional development activities and their equivalent CEU for satisfying annual requirements.
The Digital Wallet is similar to a file cabinet and contains digital files that you have uploaded into your myCHC/Certemy account, and also contains copies of each of your CCH credentialing certificates.

The Digital Wallet is not designed to calculate or keep track of the number of CEUs for each file.

You must create your own process that you can reference when it's time to select which files to upload during annual recertification. The process does not have to be formal or fancy but should include the number of CEUs associated with the file, and how many have already been used. Some users:

  • Handwrite on the paper copy how many earned vs how many used, then refer to that each year during recertification.
  • Create a document in Word or Excel that lists the name of each file, how many CEUs were earned, and how many have already been used, so that they know if they have any remaining CEUs available.

The review committee cannot view files that are in your Digital Wallet...similar to a regular file cabinet, you are the only one who can view those files unless you pull them out and hand them to someone else. In order for the CPD committee to review the files that you want them to see for your annual recertification, you will need to upload the files into the CEU step during the recertification process so that they get sent to the committee with your attestations and annual recertifying information.
If you are unsure which files you have used to recertify in the past and how many CEUs are left over, you can view the submitted files from the Transcripts menu at the top of the page near the Digital Wallet. Here you can click the + sign to navigate to the files that have been used in the past, then click "View Certificates".
The instructions in the recertification handbook are designed to simplify the recertification process. If you need additional assistance after reviewing the help resources, you may want to consider booking an appointment for assistance. Appointments are available in 30-minute increments and include screen-sharing and individualized Q&A.
