New Zoning Ordinances Passed
At the November 1 Council meeting, Council unanimously adopted zoning text amendments focused on private parking garages. The adopted amendments revise and clarify the zoning regulations to be more flexible, streamlined, and modern. The adopted Zoning Text Amendments also include ancillary changes to other regulations, including fences, to ensure consistency throughout the Code. The changes should make it easier for our residents to invest and improve their properties.
