Hon. Robert E. Morin (Ret.)
Retired Chief Judge, Superior Court of the District of Columbia
The Honorable Robert Morin recently retired as Chief Judge of the Superior Court of the District of Columbia after twenty-four years of distinguished service. During his judicial tenure, Judge Morin presided over calendars in all Divisions of the Court and served on numerous committees including the Criminal Justice Act and Family Court Panel Committees. He began his legal career in private practice focusing on commercial litigation but was later drawn to cases involving human rights and death penalty defense. Notably, he helped to establish and served as a trial attorney for the Southern Center for Human Rights in Atlanta, Georgia. Later, he joined the Office of the Public Defender for the State of Maryland. He was also a partner in the firm of Fisher, Morin and Hansen, with a primary focus on complex civil and criminal litigation. A dedicated educator, he has been an Adjunct Professor of Law at Georgetown Law Center for over thirty years. 

Hon. Beverly W. Snukals (Ret.)
Retired Judge, Richmond Circuit Court
The Honorable Beverly Snukals recently retired after twenty-three years of distinguished judicial service in the Richmond Courts, most recently serving twenty years as a Judge on the Circuit Court including two years as Chief Judge. Prior to her judicial career, Judge Snukals enjoyed a successful private practice in Richmond. She is a Past President of the Metropolitan Richmond Women’s Bar Association and a recipient of their Women of Achievement Award. Judge Snukals is a Former Chair of the Judicial Education Committee for the General District and Circuit Courts of Richmond, a Former Chair of the Judicial Section of the Virginia Bar Association, and a Member of the Lewis Powell Inn of Court. She has served as an Adjunct Law Professor at the University of Richmond School of Law for twenty years.

Hon. Bruce D. White (Ret.)
Retired Chief Judge, Fairfax County Circuit Court
The Honorable Bruce White recently retired as Chief Judge of the 19th Judicial Circuit Court after thirteen years of distinguished service in Fairfax County. Prior to his tenure on the bench, Judge White enjoyed a successful private practice while also serving as a substitute judge for the Fairfax County General District and the Juvenile and Domestic Relations District Courts. A dedicated educator, Judge White is a Distinguished Adjunct Professor at the Antonin Scalia Law School and a former faculty member of the Virginia State Bar‘s Harry L. Carrico Professionalism Course for new lawyers. Among other honors, he is an Emeritus Master of the George Mason Inn of Court.
