On October 12, 2021, the United States Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) sent its highly anticipated emergency temporary standard (ETS), also known as the COVID-19 “vax-or-test rule,” to the White House for final review, fulfilling an announcement made by President Biden in September.

Our Best Foot Forward 

Last week, there was an unveiling of a juvenile T-Rex named Tinker at the Journey Museum in South Dakota. Tom Fritz of Lynn, Jackson, Shultz & Lebrun, P.C. was the lead attorney on the case fighting for the man that found the bones and the legal battle that ensued over the land it was found on.
