Bobby and Michael (pictured left) have been members of OAC for over 20 years!
"Bev says the classes are for everyone, and they really are,” says Bobby, who says that working out has kept her healthy into her eighties.
"The great thing about Bev is that she provides variations to the exercises. I have a hurt shoulder and Bev gives me alternatives. she says it all counts!"
Peggy (pictured below) has worked out at OAC since 1990, taking various classes. Ever since her Dad introduced her to Air Force exercises in high school, she has been hooked: “Working out is an ultimate high. I so admire and enjoy working out with a core group that shares the same desire to stay fit and have fun while doing so.”
Peggy’s husband, also named Michael, returned from Vietnam in the late 60’s with malaria. He started lifting weights to distract himself from lingering symptoms, and exercise has been an important part of his life ever since.
