Cheers to 100 Years on August 14
The Cedar Lee district celebrates the Cleveland Heights Centennial on August 14 with a Happy Hour on Lee Road from 6 to 8:30pm. Special entertainment, refreshments and cocktails will be featured as well as a mini golf experience with Proximity Golf Lounge. The Cedar Lee Theatre features the opening of Jennifer Hudson in “Respect.” And stop by the Cedar Lee table at Meadowbrook and Lee to sign in with a QR code to win pair of tickets to the sold-out Indigo Girls concert at Cain Park and dinner on Lee Road.
Cedar Fairmount Summer Fun
The district celebrates summer with Free Music and Family Fun Thursdays on August 19 from 7 to 8:30pm near Luna Bakery & Café: IN2ATIVE with Dylan Moffitt; “Make It. Take It. Shake It” with Robin VanLear and Debbie Apple Presser; Chalk Art with Hector Castellanos on Fairmount Boulevard; and a visit with the Cleveland Heights Police and Fire Departments. Noble Gardeners’ Market Continues on Saturdays
The Noble Gardeners’ Market continues every Saturday from 10am to 12 noon at the Noble-Roanoke Park until September 25. All the produce sold is grown in backyards or community gardens. You can also admire the beautiful new mural that looks over the Park one block north of Monticello. Please bring small bills and lots of coins. Parking is free at street meters.
