fixing our eyes on Jesus

Teacher Workday - Our week started with a teacher workday. This is a great time to say thank you to the teachers! They are hard working, creative, caring, and dedicated to the development and education of the whole child. We are fortunate to have such amazing teachers! Please include them in your daily prayers.

Report Cards and Conferences
  • Report cards will be in the Friday Folders today, November 5th.
  • Conference letters will be in the Friday Folders today, November 5th. Please return these by Tuesday. We will schedule conferences and send home next Friday confirmation forms with your specific day and time.

Conference Meals - I am looking for two volunteers to take the lead with providing meals for the teachers for the evenings of the conferences. One person to organize a meal for November 18th, and one person to organize a meal for November 23rd. Please email me and let me know if you can take the lead with one of these or if you are interested in helping with the meals.

Trunk or Treat - Special thanks to our parent advisory committee (JIPAC) for their organization and promoting of our annual event last Saturday. God provided us beautiful weather. We had 21 trunks and lots of people in attendance. It was a fabulous event!

Health Update - Yesterday I sent an email with some health updates and links. There is also a link below about local vaccine locations. I will continue to provide updates and information to you so you can make the best decisions for your families. Please continue to pray for one another.

Picture Retake Day - This will be Tuesday, November 9th in the morning from about 8:30-10 AM in the multi-purpose room. Here is the link to sign up for picture retakes.

Father Craig on Retreat - Please include Father Craig in your prayers. He will be on retreat from November 8th to 18th. Father Phil will be here to celebrate Masses with us during that time.

Fundraising Statements - Please look in next week's Friday Folder for a fundraising statement for your family (K-6 families only). These statements will include marathon donations and scrip rebates from June 1st to October 29th.
